• be inclusive (gender, etc)
• avoid speculation
• avoid being vague
• separate topics with titles or use transitions like “To date, …”
• avoid pessimism, “we will finally make something smart” -> “we want to make something smart”
• split too long phrases
• vary the rythm (mostly phrases length)
